FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I arrange for my Bin to be cleaned?
Simply click on “Book a Clean” on our homepage, complete the booking form with your name, address and services required. You then need to click “Submit” and select your preferred Payment Method. Once this is completed, we will arrange to clean your bin when it is emptied by the Council. We can even come on the same day that your bin is emptied, provided it is not too late in the afternoon when you book in with us.
How do I pay?
Payments are set up when initially booking, either by Direct Debit or Automatic PayPal Subscription. Both options will be requested automatically, in accordance with your preferred payment rate/frequency.
Can you clean a bin that has not been emptied by the Council yet?
We require that the bins are emptied before cleaning, however, if the bins only have a small amount of rubbish in them, our cleaning operatives may deem it to be safe to clean; they will therefore ‘bag up’ the waste and clean the bin. The waste would then need to be placed back into the bin as we do not remove rubbish.
When do you attend to clean the Bins?
We attend the same day that your bin is emptied by the Council. If you have booked a clean the same day you require the service our Team will endeavour to clean your Bin the same day, provided the booking form is not received too late in the afternoon. By way of another example, if you “book a clean” on Monday and your Bin is emptied the following day/Tuesday we will attend the following day/Tuesday. If you book on Tuesday, but your bin was emptied the day before/Monday, we will attend when your bin is next emptied. On some occasions when this happens, provided that the Bin has not been filled too much between Monday-Tuesday, we can attend the day after.
What about when we have ‘bad weather’?
Regardless of the weather, we will be working come rain or shine. We are a service that operates all year round.
Do you work Bank Holidays?
Yes, we work Monday – Friday, including Bank Holidays. As the Council still provide waste collection on Bank Holidays, we ensure that we stay open.
