Click "Book a Clean", fill out your details, and select a payment method. We clean your bin on your Council collection day.

How do I pay for my bin cleaning service? +

You can pay by Direct Debit or automatic PayPal Subscription when booking online.

Can you clean a bin that hasn't been emptied yet? +

Bins must be emptied first. If only a little rubbish remains, we may clean it and bag the waste if it's safe to do so.

When will my bin be cleaned? +

Usually on the same day as your Council collection, unless it's booked too late in the afternoon.

Do you work over Christmas and Bank Holidays? +

Yes, we operate during holidays and adjust to Council collection changes.

What cleaning products do you use on bins? +

Hospital-grade disinfectants that kill 99.9% of germs including E.Coli, MRSA, Salmonella, and more — all eco-friendly.

No. As long as the bin is accessible from the roadside, we’ll clean and return it without needing you home.

Do you clean commercial bins? +

Yes! We clean commercial bins for restaurants, takeaways, schools, pubs, shops and industrial sites.

What if I miss my cleaning day? +

Contact us. We'll try to reschedule your cleaning for the next available day.

My bin has been emptied today, can you clean it if i sign up? +

Yes if it is before 1pm and you select PayPal as your payment method.
